The purpose of this Microsoft Word Tips & Microsoft Word Help page is to provide and publish a simple Word template add-in for creating perpetual calendars.
You can use the add-in to create a calendar for this year, next year, last year or any year between 1900 and 2100).
When loaded, the add-in propagates a custom group "Perpetual Calendar" to the Word 2007/2010 Ribbon Add-Ins tab as shown below:
When the user clicks the "Calendar Maker" button control, a userform is presented with options for creating several available calendar designs.
After the add-in creates your calendar, print only the pages you want.
Notes:
1. For more on template add-ins and how to load them, see: Organizing Your Macros/Template Add-ins at: Installing Macros
2. This tips page, illustrations and examples were developed using Word 2010. It is wholly functional with Word 2007/13/16 and easily adaptable to Word 2003 or earlier.
That's it! I hope you enjoy using Calendar Maker. You can download the add-in here: Calendar Maker.
